IIn this edition of Random.access Retrospectives, we'll be taking a look at the Kirby series by Nintendo and HAL Labs. The pink, rotund Kirby has experienced all types of games, from general platforming to pinball, and from blob-stacking to intergalactic racing, inhaling enemies and stealing their powers at nearly every turn. It can never be easily predicted what unusual situation Kirby will get himself into next, but we can rest assured that it will be unique and exciting. Let's dive into the many different styles of gameplay that Kirby has covered since his inception into the video game universe back in 1992.
