The recent years among excessively obsessive (and often very poorly misguided) diet trends have helped birth (or at least have popularized) a myriad of alternative products, including milk alternatives. One of the bigger brands that managed to ride this is Silk, a portmanteau of their flagship Soy Milk. But enough digression, here comes Silk's Protein Nut Milk in Chocolate flavor.
This blend o' Almond and Cashew milk is actually rather good with the chocolate flavoring, as the slight nuttiness compliments the actually rather generic chocolate milk taste it has. I mean, there isn't actually much to say beyond this. It has the watery taste of a nut-milk but with generic chocolate milk flavoring. Not bad at all for an alternative. I give it a thumbs up.
